Our room was well-appointed and cosy, included shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet. The hotel was in a nice quiet area, close enough to temples and the main attraction during fall. Plus there was a lake, within 5 minutes walk or so.

The location is unique, the breakfast is also savoury! Restaurant is lovely, with caring staff. We would come here again as we had a very lovely time and loved the hotel.

Amazing interior, stunningly beautiful building. I loved the exceptional options for breakfast, including eggs, cheese and bread. Room was elegant and airy, bed was spacious. The staff here was brilliant - perfect service & helpful communication.

The staff here is awesome and attentive. Immaculate & stylish unit with great J style backyard view, luxurious bathroom, for instance. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Sakyo Ward district. Excellent service and great value.

Liked staff and service, they were exceptional. It was a residential area, a great place for me. Free parking on site was provided. Beautiful garden outside. Had a really amazing stay, recommend this place.

It was a truly memorable time staying at this familiar hotel. It was fairly clean, and I loved IMMACULATE staff and location. Based in a local area. Huge bedroom and wonderful bathroom.
